Marca College Career Growth Scholarship

To recognize individuals currently working in the Salon or Spa Industry who demonstrate outstanding dedication, talent, and commitment to advancing their skills in the beauty profession.

To support industry professionals in furthering their education and professional development through formal training.

Nominees must:

• Be currently working in a salon, barbershop, spa, or related beauty environment.
• Demonstrate strong aptitude and potential within the beauty profession.
• Display a positive attitude, professionalism, and commitment to learning.
• Be recommended or nominated by a Salon Owner, Manager, or Industry Mentor.
• Be accepted into one of the following Marca College diploma programs:
  • Hairstyling
  • Hairstyling – Barbering
  • Esthetics

The scholarship recipient should be recommended by their Salon Owner, Manager, or Industry Mentor based on the candidate’s dedication, professionalism, and potential within the beauty industry.

All scholarship selections are subject to review and approval by Marca College. Scholarships are typically evaluated and awarded within one week of submission.

A limited number of scholarships are available for the 2026–2027 academic year.

To nominate a candidate for the Marca College Industry Professional Scholarship, Salon Owners, Managers, or Industry Mentors must complete the nomination form below.

As part of the nomination process, the candidate must also submit a video (maximum 3 minutes) explaining why they should be selected for the scholarship and their passion for advancing their career in the beauty industry. The video may feature the candidate themselves and the individual nominating them.
